The goal of the Bioinformatic Seminar in its Spring run is to explore the areas of DNA/RNA sequence analysis, genome bioinformatics, genomics and transcriptomics. This will be done via readings of scientific literature and presentation of their content and conclusions in front of the class.

Cílem semináře z bioinformatiky v jarním běhu je věnovat se bioinformatice sekvencí a genomů na úrovni článků z vědeckých časopisů a vyzkoušet si schopnost nastudovaný obsah prezentovat před publikem.
