Interactive Syllabus

Bioinformatics seminar is a course in which we follow and discuss the newest, or most interesting research in the field of bioinformatics.

Two types of classes are organized throughout the semester:

• Invited speakers give short presentations about their research
• Students present journal club presentations based on an article from a scientific journal

Invited speaker slots are often shared with CEITEC Bionformatics Seminar (https://www.ceitec.eu/bioinformatics-seminar-series/) organized by Vojtech Bystry

Journal club presentations happen in the classroom. By default these are not public but can be made public upon request of the speaker(s).
