English for Special Educators - B (2023)

This course aims to develop harmoniously students’ language and professional skills through a series of tasks to be completed throughout the semester. The tasks are set at the B1 level (CEFR) and target the following areas:

  • Use of English 

  • Awareness of the language-learning process 

  • Presenting 

  • Reading and spoken mediation 

  • Listening and opinion writing 

  • Specialist vocabulary and collocations. 

The course covers topics in special needs education to develop not only the students’ vocabulary but also professional knowledge.
