English for Special Educators B - Slavikova (02, 03, 05, 06)
Mgr. Mirjana Georgieva Slavíková
English for Special Educators B - Slavikova (02, 03, 05, 06)

Welcome back to the second part of our English for Special Educators course!

In this part, we will continue building on the skills and knowledge you developed in the first part, with a special focus on reading professional articles related to Special Needs Education. We will keep improving your ability to understand and use the language needed to communicate effectively about special needs topics.

Our goal remains the same: to help you grow in both your language skills and your understanding of Special Needs Education. You’ll be challenged through tasks that push you forward, especially by working with professional texts and discussing real-world issues.

The Language Learning Journey task continues to be an important part of the course. It will give you the chance to take responsibility for your learning, reflect on your progress, and actively participate in your own development.

In this part of the course, we’ll dive deeper into specific topics like Physical Impairments, Intellectual Disabilities, Specific Learning Disorders (SLDs), ADHD, and Behavioral Disorders.

I’m excited to continue this journey with you as we focus on reading professional articles and further developing your skills. Let’s make the most of this opportunity!
