The core pillars of BPM are methods and ICT that support the activities along the process life-cycle. One of the most important activities is business process modelling. Dynamic nature of process analysis and frequent needs to redesign and change process models results in the usage of SW made for process analysis. In this lecture, some BPM systems (suites) will be introduced.
