Course requirements
There will be the following assessment components:
1. Participation in class:
Students are required to prepare for the sessions and participate actively both in the classes and in the simulation
2. Attendance
100% participation in virtual part (this part is compulsory) and 80% attendance in contact part.
3. Portfolio (60%)
A set of tasks to reflect on their personal experience, how it relates to theoretical concepts (50 % of the final grade)

- What went well
- What didn´t go so well
- My feelings about the session (where I could have done better/what I did really well/what was challenging for me / a team)
2. Sharing reflection session (3.12.)
Using your learning journal, prepare a short presentation of max. 10 minutes using max. 5 slides reflecting your participation in the simulation game (10 pts).
Upload your presentation no later than 2 December in Depository Vault below:
- Final reflection (500-800 words) - deadline for submission 5 December
- Using your learning journal, write a reflective essay and address each of the following points explicitly, use headlines or boldface to indicate which of the aspects you are addressing
- What have I learned during the course?
- What were my personal strengths and weaknesses in terms of teamwork and negotiation skills? Be specific.
- How can I transfer what I have learned into my future work in professional settings?
