When thinking about music the psychology of music, it helps to have a firm grasp on all necessary vocabulary to talk about the subject. So for this week, you can focus on vocabulary activities that come out of unit 5A of our book.

This means the vocabulary on page 70 and the follow-up Vocabulary Bank activities on page 152. It also means doing the reading on page 71. You can also study the pronunciation on page 70, though those kinds of things are the focus of your Phonetics and Phonology classes.

If you're interested, you can see a more detailed list of technical musical terms. Or some flash cards that have words and their definitions along with how they sound. Or many other such lists and activities around the Web.
