Testing 1RM
- direct (weight for 1 repetition)
- indirect method (reps + weight ==> formula), but there are some limits
- reason? planing & checking the level of performance

Strength training for kids, women and elderly people
The are lots of myths out there. Do little research for these 3 group and limitation for strenght traning.Here is example of 3 articles about strength training in youth athletes:
