For this week, have a look through the articles below. Your task is to read 1 article randomly assigned for you and get prepared for class discussion. You can find your names under the article you are assigned with.
When we meet in class, you will share your notes and opinions as small groups, and come up with 2 discussion questions to briefly discuss those topics as a class. This helps us cover more topics about China, Democracy and Authoritarianism, rather than if everyone were to read the same article on one topic.
