Independent work in groups (it is recommended to use MS Teams for collaboration of files, calls, using the existing documentation for your project,…):

·         Incorporating sustainability into your project plan (describing your strategy to work on a sustainable project; identifying and evaluating potential risks for each stage of the project and mitigation of the major ones)

·         Preparing a presentation for next week. It should contain the following, but you do not need to mention everything directly. Things you don’t want to say, but should be available for reference or in case the audience have questions, can be available on handouts,… Imagine this is a real project presentation and you need to persuade stakeholders to support it – it needs to be CLEAR, TRANSPARENT, and CAPTIVATING.
