PORTFOLIO TASK_Step by Step

STEP 6_REFLECTION AND PRESENTATION

1) SELF-REFLECT your experience - what was it like to do the analysis of your teaching content, what about receiving the feedback from your classmate?

What is a self-reflection?

Self-reflection is:

- inner communication with oneself

- introspective self-knowledge

- the starting point for the formation of one's own personality and the learning process

How to reflect?

You can use the ALACT model by Fred Korthagen

ALACT - The abbreviation comes from the initial letters of the names of each phase:

(1) Action,

(2) Look back at the action,

(3) Awareness of basic aspects,

(4) Creating alternative courses of action,

(5) Trial, which is also a new action and therefore the starting line of a new cycle.
