ISIC card – first card (full-time students) at the Faculty of Social Studies

In accordance with the High Education Act's specification of a student ID card as a proof of study, Masaryk University issues to full-time students the international student ID (ISIC card issued by the ISIC association and endorsed by EU and UNESCO), which serves to:

• prove MU full-time student status
• copy and print in MU facilities
• use MU libraries and
• MU canteens and cafeterias (after charging one's SUPO account)

The ISIC card allows students the world over to prove their official student status and make the most of targeted student benefits and discounts in close to 125,000 locations across almost 130 countries. In Brno, the ISIC card is a recognized proof of full-time student status when getting the student discount in the Brno public transport company (DPMB), and in most galleries, theatres and many shops.
