Digital revalidation of the ISIC card validity for the 2024/2025 academic year at the Faculty of Economics and Administration

ISIC cards can now be revalidated completely digitally without the need to affix a revalidation sticker to the plastic card. After successful payment, the validity of the digital card is automatically changed in the Alive App.

The digital revalidation is used to extend the validity of the ISIC international card. It is intended for ECON MUNI students.

The digital revalidation can be ordered only if the student is already enrolled in the above-mentioned academic year or if they meet the enrolment requirements and have applied for enrolment in the following semester.

To prove and use the discounts, it is necessary to have the Alive App downloaded (free in the App Store and Google Play).

Purchasing this digital revalidation will extend the validity of your international ID card (for discounts etc.). The digital revalidation does not affect the validity of the ISIC card within MU. First-year students do not purchase a digital revalidation.


Once the order has been completed, the ISIC card validity will be automatically extended in the Alive App at the latest the following day.

    Revalidace

    International Student Identity Card (ISIC) is the only globally recognized proof of student status at secondary, higher vocational, or university level. The card is issued by the international organization ISTC under the auspices of the EU and UNESCO. The university ISIC student card is a combination of the ISIC student card and a university student card under the Higher Education Act.

    In addition to recognizing international student status, the ISIC card offers numerous discounts and benefits worldwide:

    • discounts on travel (air tickets, bus tickets, and train tickets),
    • discounts on admission to world-famous cultural and historical sites,
    • discounts on entertainment and sports,
    • discounts on accommodation in hotels, campsites, and hostels,
