Digital revalidation of the ISIC card for the year 2024/2025 at the Faculty of Education

Digital revalidation is used to extend the validity of ISIC cards. The validity of the ISIC within MU is not affected by digital revalidation.

First-year Bachelor students and students who have not yet been issued an ISIC do not order a digital revalidation.

To prove and use the discounts, it is necessary to have the Alive App downloaded (free in the App Store and Google Play).

Digital revalidation for a given academic year can be ordered if you are enrolled for full-time study in that year or if you meet the enrolment requirements and have applied for enrolment. Once the order has been completed, the ISIC card validity will be automatically extended in the Alive App at the latest the following day.

You can check the status of your order at any time in the Business Centre -> My Orders.

    The international student identification card is the only globally recognized document proving the status of a student at a secondary, higher vocational school or university. The card is issued by the world organization ISIC under the auspices of the EU and UNESCO. The ISIC student's university card is a combination of the ISIC student card and the university student's card in the sense of the Higher Education Act in the Czech Republic.

    In addition to the recognition of international student status, the ISIC card provides a large number of discounts and benefits around the world:

    • travel discounts (air tickets, bus tickets and train tickets),
    • discounts on entrance fees to world-famous cultural and historical monuments,
    • discounts on entrance fees for entertainment and sports,
    • discounts for accommodation in hotels, campsites and hostels,
    • plus other discounts and benefits on shopping, dining and education.
