The exercise is based on the repetition of basic yoga positions (asanas), which strengthen, strengthen and stretch the muscles of the whole body and relax the mind. We will include Pilates elements to strengthen the deep stabilization system. In the lessons, we will also use various balance aids (overballs, fitballs, balance segments - boss).
What to take with you to exercise? Comfortable clothing that does not restrict your movement, a towel, a bottle of water, and exercising without shoes are suitable. If you own a mat or exercise mat, please bring it with you (from a hygienic point of view).
