LLL plan description
- Presentation of the LLL plan (learning objectives)The graduate will acquire knowledge and skills in the field of pedagogy, general and subject-specific didactics and psychology, which are an essential part of the professional qualification of teaching staff. The knowledge and skills acquired through the study of pedagogy will enable graduates to perform qualified teaching practice. During their studies, participants will be guided to develop the competencies specified in the competency framework for graduates of teaching programs in a targeted manner. At the same time, they will have the conditions created for them to continuously evaluate the level of development of their competencies themselves and, in connection with this, set appropriate further professional development goals. Specific goals are tied to individual subjects, both theoretical and practical.
- Target group
a) Current science teachers at primary or secondary schools (in so-called deficit approvals) who need to supplement their pedagogical qualifications.
b) Graduates of Mgr./Ing. studies in a suitable field who want to obtain a pedagogical qualification for teaching science subjects.
c) Students of NMgr. professional study programs at the Faculty of Philosophy, MU who want to obtain a pedagogical qualification in addition to their Mgr. education. This is only on the condition that the lifelong learning study will be completed at the same time as or later than the main NMgr. field of study.
- Learning Outcomes
Graduates are able to prepare and conduct teaching using a variety of methods.
Graduates are able to motivate and activate students, support democratic principles in the classroom and at school.
Graduates know and are able to use diagnostic and evaluation tools with which they can identify the peculiarities of the environment and the needs of individual students.
Graduates are familiar with the possibilities of assessing students and evaluating their own teaching.
Graduates are able to place individual topics in a historical, social and environmental context.
Graduates are able to use didactic technology and adapt to its development.
- Occupational Profiles of GraduatesThe graduate is a fully qualified physics teacher for all types of secondary schools and for the second stage of primary school or lower grammar school. He has his own practical experience with teaching physics in secondary schools and basic knowledge of the organization and operation of this school. The combination of acquired skills expands the graduate's application possibilities to a number of other positions requiring precise thinking, responsible work with data, high formulation ability and good communication with people.
- Course of education
The teaching will take place at the Faculty of Science of MU (subject-specific didactics, subjects Reflection of pedagogical practice and Reflective seminar), at the Faculty of Arts of MU (subjects PP and general didactics) and at cooperating secondary schools (pedagogical practice).
The form of education is full-time in full-day blocks and in 2-4-hour blocks in the later afternoon hours. More details in part 3. The teaching will not exceed 8 teaching hours in one day.
- Conditions of graduation
The study will be concluded with the defense of a written final thesis (portfolio) and an oral examination before an examination committee of at least three members.
The final written thesis is based on a portfolio, which is a set of materials and documents that capture the professional development of the student teacher, their learning, progress and vision and is supported by corresponding materials from their own teaching and from observing the teaching of their accompanying teacher. The portfolio is filled continuously throughout the study, with the control point always being the end of the semesters, for which the minimum number of required outputs is set.
