Course objectives
Student aquires the practical knowledge of process management and workflow systems. He learns to plan, execute and monitor business processes, and to estimate, control and optimize the process time, cost and quality.

Zkouška je písemná. Posouzení úkolů zadávaných během semestru je součástí závěrečného hodnocení. Evaluation is based on the written exam and on the evaluation of the assignements solved during semestr.
