- Course objectives
- The introductory part deals with measuring national economy performance, problems connected with economic equilibrium, and causes and manifestations of cyclical oscillations. The following part of the course explains the nature of money, structure of the banking system and basic conditions of inflation. It explains the economic function of the state, targets and instruments of economic policy, basic context of monetary policy, fiscal policy, external business and incomes policy.

- A simple model of the macroeconomy: the multiplier model.
- Money and the financial system.
- Determination of the interest rate.

- Assessment methods (in Czech)
- Přednáška 2/0 V průběhu semestru se budou psát dva průběžné testy v termínech stanovených v harmonogramu přednášek. Úspěšné absolvování předpokládá: a) splnění každého testu na 51%, nebo b) dosažení průměrného hodnocení obou testů na 60%. Kdo nesplní podmínky průběžného hodnocení, má možnost absolvovat v posledním výukovém týdnu závěrečný test (z celé látky) Podmínkou úspěšného absolvování je dosažení 60%. Ve zkouškovém období bude možnost psát opravný test ve 2 termínech.
