Course objectives

Main objectives be summarized as follows: to obtaine legal problem solving methods of intellectual property rights; to analyze the judicial and administrative decisions; to elaborate the legal argumentation;

Syllabus

• Industrial property rights, copyright and neighbouring rights:
• Problem solving method of copyright cases regarding the private law;
• Problem solving method of trade mark law and copyright cases;
• Problem solving method of the other rights of industrial property regarding the corporate law;
