Course objectives
Main objectives can be summarized as follows:
to understand the process management and workflow systems;
to learn to plan, execute and monitor business processes;
to learn to estimate, control and optimize the process time, cost and quality.
Learning outcomes
Students will understand the basic concepts and principles of business process management. At the end of the course, the student will be able to design a simple process structure that he / she can develop and optimize in terms of time and cost.
