Prerequisites
Knowledge of operating systems fundamentals (at least comparable to PB152 Operating Systems course). User experience with Windows 2000 or later.

Course objectives
The course provides students with solid knowledge needed for implementing and supporting client MS Windows operation systems and for the MCP 70-270 certification training. This knowledge includes managing different aspects of the system as user & group accounts, networks, rights and permissions, security audit, printers or data storage, and troubleshooting. The lessons are realised on Windows XP Professional.
