Course objectives
The basic goal of the lecture is to explain the basic concepts, targets and instruments of information policy of CR, especially information system of public administration, support of e-business, protection and security of informations and public information services. At the end of this course, students should be able to make reasoned decisions about development of relevant information systems and other aplications.

  • Basic concepts, targets and instruments of information policy of CR.
  • Information system of public administration.
  • Transparency of methods of managing data.
  • Efectivity of expliotation of finance for information technology.
  • Using of information technologies in improvement of decision processes.
  • Legal rules.
  • Public information servicing.
  • International cooperation in informations and information systems.
