To receive the credits student must be able to manage athletic decathlon or heptathlon.

Course objectives

The aim of this semester is passing athleticism athletics heptathlon (women) and decathlon (men).

Syllabus

• Training of various athleties disciplines: runs and hurdle, high jump, long jump, pole vault, javelin throw, discus throw and shot put.

Teaching is through exercises on the athletic field.

Assessment methods

Athletics practical test: Mastering the various disciplines of athletic heptathlon and decathlon. Fight: A - M (W) - 4500 (3100) points or more B - M (W) - 4200 (2800) C - M (W) - 3900 (2500) D - M (W) - 3600 (2200) E - M (W) - 3300 (1900)
