Course objectives

At the end of the course students should be able to: know the function of the muscles of core to create the list of excercises with the weight of the body and with the equipement apply this list of excercises

• Introduction Excercises with the own weight of the body Excercises with different equipment (overball, bosu, fitball, flexibar, flowtonic)
