Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic principles and approaches to development   fitness, performance and achieving maximum performance in sport. The tasks include learning characteristics of the development of motor skills, the content of the various components of sports training, technology and sports management process, the effects of sports training and diagnostics.
Syllabus
  • Stimulation and development of motor skills: fitness, coordination, hybrid, analysis of sport - game performance, individual performance and team games, fitness training, technical-tactical, regeneration, psychological preparation, motor tests, sports skills
