- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of motion skills and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
Bosu is aerobics lesson with music, which used balance equipment BOSU. Bosu mainly improves the posture and coordination, balance skills, which are vital for both all sports and sports performances and rehabilitation. Bosu focuses on all muscle groups, trains muscle systems of all muscle chains safely and comprehensively. Lectures are focused on the cardio exercise, fitness is supported with simple aerobics steps.
In the course, other forms of exercises are used, such as body-styling, tabata, interval and circuit workout.There are used various equipment – dumbell, overball, thera-band. - Syllabus
- 1. Training of the correct techniques of bosu exercise
- 2. Setting of simple exercise into aerobic blocks
- 3. P'Training of correct techniques of bodybuilding on bosu
- 4. Training of balance exercise on bosu
- 5. Final stretching
