Course objectives
The aim of the subject is provide knowledge about specifics of conditional training in selected teams´s sports with application indoor lessons. (cardio trainer, indoor cycling, choreography, music accopainment) in training of common population and athletes. The another goal is to educate students about periodization , plannin and leading of conditional training in team´s sports and common population.
Learning outcomes
After successfull completion of conditional training in team´s sports student will be able to:
to interprete basic of planning and periodization of conditional training in team´s sports,
to interprete basic of realization indoor lessons for common population and athletes,
to apply usuall structure of perfomance factors on concrete sport perfomance in selected sports or disciplines of team´s characters.

  • Structure of sport perfomance in team´s sports,
  • Specifics of conditional training in team´s sports,
  • Conditional training in contact sports,
  • Conditional training in network sports,
  • Conditional training in games in the field,
  • Monitoring of physical fitness and physical activities in team´s sports,
  • Seminars:
  • Preparation of training plans for selected team´s sports.
  • Evidence of training in team´s sports,
  • Examples of excersises, methods of development and stabilization of specific training in selected team´s sports,
  • Preparation of training programs in indoor,
  • Examples of indoor physical programs with and without music accopainment).
