- After successful completion of the course Theory and didactics of athletics student will be able to demonstrate the theoretical (history, training, didactics and rules) and practical skills in various athletic disciplines.
- Syllabus
- The course is through lectures. History, structure of athletics and athletic ago Rules and competitive athletics, as arbitrators Structure of sport performance in running, jumping and shotput disciplines Sprints and relay runs, basic warm-up. Obstacle races Runs on the middle and long distance runner Jump and triple jump High jump and pole vault Shot put, basic strengthening throwers Discus and hammer Javelin throw a ball Decathlon, heptathlon disciplines athletics Youth Training Final test

- Final written test and active participation in theoretical training. The test consists of 10 closed questions (3 variants answer to one question) rated 10 points. The successful completion is necessary to get at least 7 points. The content of the test are the rules, history and technique discussed athletic disciplines. The student must actively complete at least 90% training.
