Course objectives
The aim of the course is a practical mastery of motor skills aimed at regeneration and rehabilitation of the organism. Activities are aimed both at prevention and the subsequent solution states, related mainly to the weakening of the musculoskeletal system. Students will acquire the skills that are usable for recreational activities and sightseeing activities and moves as their applications in interdisciplinary relationships. The course is the acquisition of skills to deal helped tired swimmers and personal intervention in drowning.

Practical training exercise program
Assessment methods
The basic premise is to demonstrate the skills to deal with the technique of swimming modes in the basic movement patterns, and according to the rules. Swimming skills are assessed in three ways of swimming. It is primarily evaluated swimming triathlon - 100m breaststroke, 100m crawl, 50m backstroke. Another part of the award of credit is an active participation in hours - in the water.
