Student: - Is able to show and explain basic technical resources - Can understand and apply technical and tactical principles of combat sport - Diferentiate among single combat sports

Course objectives

At the end of the course students should be able to: - Select technical resources by ones own according to given request - Apply theoretical knowledge, is able to describe and explain technical resources - Understand social and law relation for aplying technical resources

Syllabus

• Technical resources. Preparatory excercises. Condition motor abilities. Coordination motor abilities. Structure of sport performance. Planing, evidence and evaluation of training process. Tactical development. Combative sport and selfdefense.
