The course is geared for obligatory PE only. - Course Enrolment Limitations
- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilisation diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, students will be able: - Orientate oneself in the terrain - Work with a map - to cultivate a positive relationship to nature - explore Brno and its surroundings
- Syllabus
- The schedule of the course: - completing 3 full-day trips according to the plan and schedule of each seminar group
- - information on the approximate timetable and location of the trips is given in a note to the seminar group in the IS The programme, dates and time and the meeting point will be send to all participants by common email about one week in advance.
- In the case of anti-epidemic measures, during which it will not be possible to carry out the course according to the plan, it is possible to change the places and dates of trips, or transfer to a distance individual form using the mobile application Strava.

- The course is geared for those who are interested in hiking and is ran in the form of three one day trips.
