Course objectives

Theory: Bike and Race Equipment - 6hrs. Race and Sport Training - 8hrs. Practice: Knowledges check on praxis - 12hrs.

Syllabus

Theory: Physical sports training: 4hod Technical aids - Sporttestery, Training 2hod cycling tracks Sports Training: 6hod training cycles (types of cycles and annual training cycle, microcycle, mezocyklus, microcycle) 2hod Training Unit Practice: 6hod monitoring and evaluation of training athletes using sporttesteru 6hod monitoring and analysis of training units in cycling section, association or CTM
