GENERAL PARAMETERS:
1) THEME: You should be prepared to give an academic presentation from your field of study that will be selected by you to present to the examiner and several other students who may NOT be from your field of study;
2) LENGTH: 8-10 minutes;
3) FORM and STRUCTURE: based on academic standards (i.e. interesting and informative TITLE, INTRODUCTION with purpose statement, informative and coherent outline of MAIN POINTS, SUMMARY of discussed points, evaluative CONCLUSION, polite CLOSING and invitation to QUESTIONS);

V rámci doktorského studia jsou studenti povinni prokázat znalosti ze dvou světových jazyků: Anglický jazyk ZÁPOČET z anglického jazyka se vypisuje zpravidla 3x ročně ve zkušebních termínech: leden/únor, červen, září. Studenti doktorských studijních programů se zaregistrují do IS do předmětu pod kódem D_AJ_1, v jehož agendě naleznou přesné datum a hodinu zápočtu. Zápočet probíhá formou ústní prezentace. K zápočtu se studenti přihlašují nejpozději 3 pracovní dny před jeho termínem v IS. Kritéria pro hodnocení zápočtu z angličtiny: VŠEOBECNÉ PARAMETRY:__________ 1. akademická prezentace na odborné téma vztahující se k tématu doktorské práce dle vlastního výběru 2. rozsah: 10-12 minut 3. formální stránka odpovídající akademické prezentaci (název, úvod, hlavní část, závěr, ukončení) 4. užití adekvátních audiovizuálních pomůcek 5. vedení následné diskuse na téma prezentace K přípravě a podání prezentace se doporučuje využít materiálů v IS: D_AJ_1 – Studijní materiály. EKVIALENT ZÁPOČTU_____ Pokud student skládal zkoušku z jazyka již dříve, může požádat o zadání zápočtu do IS formou e-mailové zprávy garantovi předmětu Šárce Roušavé(rousava@fss.muni.cz). Zadat zápočet do IS lze v případě, že student úspěšně složil zkoušku z anglického jazyka na MU či jiné univerzitě, jejíž součástí byla ústní prezence odpovídajících parametrů. __________ ZKOUŠKA z anglického jazyka se vypisuje zpravidla 3x ročně ve zkušebních termínech: leden/únor, červen, září. Studenti doktorských studijních programů se zaregistrují do IS do předmětu pod kódem D_AJ_2, v jehož agendě naleznou přesné datum a hodinu zkoušky. Zkouška má písemný charakter. Ke zkoušce se studenti přihlašují v IS nejpozději 3 pracovní dny před jejím termínem a zasláním přihlášky se seznamem 5 témat odborné eseje na adresu CJV oddělení FF/FSS, Joštova 10, Brno, 602 00, s označením „DOKTORSKÁ ZKOUŠKA“. Každé téma musí obsahovat stručný obsah přibližně na pět řádků, pět vět nebo v pěti bodech. Témata se musí vztahovat k tématu disertační práce studenta a musí být podepsána školitelem, jinak nebudou akceptována. Při samotné zkoušce zkoušející vybírá jedno z navržených témat. Ke zkoušce si student může s sebou přinést vypsané citace, seznam literatury a slovníky (vše k nahlédnutí zkoušejícímu)._____ UZNÁNÍ ZKOUŠKY Pokud student skládal zkoušku z jazyka již dříve, může požádat o uznání zkoušky formou e-mailové zprávy garantovi předmětu Šarce Roušavé (rousava@fss.muni.cz ). Možnosti uznání zkoušky: - mezinárodní certifikáty na úrovni ERR C1 (např. Ekvivalent zápočtu Pokud student skládal zkoušku z jazyka již dříve, může požádat o zadání zápočtu do IS formou e-mailové zprávy garantovi předmětu PhDr.L.Štěpánkovi, Ph.D.(lstep@fss.muni.cz ). Zadat zápočet do IS lze v případě, že student úspěšně složil zkoušku z anglického jazyka na MU či jiné univerzitě, jejíž součástí byla ústní prezence odpovídajících parametrů. Zkouška Zkouška z anglického jazyka se vypisuje zpravidla 3x ročně ve zkušebních termínech: leden/únor, červen, září. Studenti doktorských studijních programů se zaregistrují do IS do předmětu pod kódem D_AJ_2, v jehož agendě naleznou přesné datum a hodinu zkoušky. Zkouška má písemný charakter. Ke zkoušce se studenti přihlašují v IS nejpozději 3 pracovní dny před jejím termínem a zasláním přihlášky se seznamem 5 témat odborné eseje na adresu CJV oddělení FF/FSS, Joštova 10, Brno, 602 00, s označením „DOKTORSKÁ ZKOUŠKA“. Každé téma musí obsahovat stručný obsah přibližně na pět řádků, pět vět nebo v pěti bodech. Témata se musí vztahovat k tématu disertační práce studenta a musí být podepsána školitelem, jinak nebudou akceptována. Při samotné zkoušce zkoušející vybírá jedno z navržených témat. Ke zkoušce si student může s sebou přinést vypsané citace, seznam literatury a slovníky (vše k nahlédnutí zkoušejícímu). Uznání zkoušky Pokud student skládal zkoušku z jazyka již dříve, může požádat o uznání zkoušky formou e-mailové zprávy garantovi předmětu PhDr.L.Štěpánkovi, Ph.D.(lstep@fss.muni.cz ). Možnosti uznání zkoušky: - mezinárodní certifikáty na úrovni ERR C1 (např. The AIM of this course is to verify that the student has at least a CEFR C1 level of English in SPEAKING and ORAL INTERACTION.
Syllabus
  • This is a COURSE CODE meant ONLY for RECOGNITION of LANGUAGE LEVEL. The student may choose one of the forms described in the ASSESSMENT METHODS AND CRITERIA (see the section below) to fulfill the SPEAKING and ORAL INTERACTION part).
