- Course objectives
- The course offers an answer on question „What is a social development in labor organizations and how can be secured?“
The course develops ability of students to reflect firstly mutual influencing of the organizations strategy and personalist`s strategy, and secondly public social policy and social policy in the organization.
The course develops ability of students to reflect issues of non-discrimination at work and issues of equal opportunities.
Lastly, offered course gives an insight into solutions of selected problems within social development of the organization. - Syllabus
