Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to apply elements of the solution-oriented approach to work with   different types of clients of social work, and to formulate a strategy for working with client   to be adequate living situation of the client and its current možnostem.Identify possible alternative approaches to a particular client, assess the suitability of their application in the context of a particular case     context, even his own style of work with   client.
Syllabus
  • 1) Getting to know     how to work in the course, participants' expectations of reflection. Invemntura resources to work with the client to     available. 2) Definition of basic theoretical concepts and approaches to solutions-oriented approach 3) Preparing for contact   client: The content of this topic are making skills to identify sources of worker adequate to distinguish the contexts of cooperation and allowing a focus on solutions, the authority is the client as the holder of the problem 4) The first seminar with   playing the role 5) The subject of this topic are the skills needed to establish contact with the client and   development cooperation 6) The second seminar associated with the role playing   7) contract + model-oriented solutions (principle useful zformulovaného targets) The content of this topic are the skills needed to negotiate contracts to which the client can work together   worker.   The first of these is how to create a safe space for the worker and the client. The second theme is constructive questions as an effective tool interviewed and their use in   contract negotiation process and formulate the objectives of cooperation 8) On-going work with the client   The content of this topic is particularly appropriate choice of the working methods of the client related to the dilemma   help / control. The second issue is maintaining contact with the client   ongoing review and reformulation of the agreed objectives of cooperation.
