Course objectives
At the end of the course, students should be able to: *understand and explain the basic concepts in media psychology. * work with information on the data related with the issue. * create research questions and hypothesis related with the issue. * make reasoned decisions about the future problems and solutions in media psychology. * make deductions based on acquired knowledge on media psychology. * interpret the articles on the issue.
Syllabus
  • The course is structured in form of lectures and seminars. Students will be assigned papers throughout the course to improve their knowledge about the literature on media and psychology. Feedback will be provided to the students to help them improve their writing and presenting skills. The lectures will cover the introduction of the topics and will be followed by the discussion about assigned reading materials and individual/group presentations.

The overall grade will consist of the following pieces: Presentations (30%), Participation to discussions (10%) 2 pop-quizes (20%) Final 40% Total 100pts
