- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to: explain and analysed contemporaty topics of political extremism and radicalism on the level of ideology, program analysis and theory of extremism. Students should be able discuss the doctrines of extreme right and left, symbolics and particular organizations, their objectives and activities.

- 2. Definition of political extremism.
- 3. Development, structure and forms of right-wing extremism.
- 4. Extreme right parties, groups and subcultures in the Czech Republic.
- 5. Policy against ultra-right extremism in the Czech Republic.
- 6. Development, structure and forms of the left-wing extremism.
- 7. Marxism, Leninism, Stalinism, Trockyism and Maoism.
- 8. Anarchisms, Anarchosyndicalism.
- 9. Anarchist groups in the Czech Republic.
- 10. Trockyist groups in the Czech Republic.
- 11. Policy against left-wing extremism.
- 12. End of course, other displays of violence.

A written exam is to be passed at the end of the course. Maximum of 100 points can be obtained at the exam. At least 60 points must be obtained in order to pass. Evaluation: 0-59 = F, 60-68 = E, 69-77 = D, 78-86 = C, 87-94 = B, 94-100 = A. - Language of instruction
