Course objectives
The course is focused on acquiring basic knowledge in the field of business economics, which are necessary to manage small and medium-sized enterprises. The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic principles of small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on the understanding of these principles, the student should be able to recognize bottlenecks in the enterprise, which must be eliminated. Furthermore, after completion of the course, students should be able to identify opportunities for enterprise development, which must be utilized to enable an enterprise to succeed in a highly competitive environment.
