The aim of the Czech and Czechoslovak Legal History is to show the continuity of our legal development in the past millenium (from 9th or 10th centuries till the first half of the 20th century) and to document the fact that our current law is deeply rooted in the past.

The aim of the Czech and Czechoslovak Legal History is to show the continuity of our legal development in the past millenium (from 9th or 10th centuries till the first half of the 20th century) and to document the fact that our current law is deeply rooted in the past.
