Course objectives
The aim is to deepen student´s knowledge of Civil Procedure Law. The study will be focused mainly on judicial decisions, evidence and judicial remedies.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course, students should be able to:
Understand to all basic concepts and institutes and explain them in the historical context;
Use the information about the concepts and institutes of civil procedure law to solve concrete procedural situations;
Make independently some pleadings;
Bring reasonable suggestions of solving the procedural situations;
Apply the procedure law to concrete procedural situations;
Interpret the procedural regulations in line with the judicial practice.

The aim of the subject Civil Procedure Law II. is to make the acquaintance of judicial remedies, of the next fundamental kinds of the civil procedure (execution proceedings, insolvency proceedings, arbitration) and of basic structure and organization of justice, advocacy and notary.

Teaching methods
During the term are demanded written homeworks. The attendance of readings is not compulsory, but the attendance of seminars is on the contrary compulsory. Course objectives
The aim of the subject Civil Procedure Law II. is to make the acquaintance of judicial remedies, of the next fundamental kinds of the civil procedure (execution proceedings, insolvency proceedings, arbitration) and of basic structure and organization of justice, advocacy and notary.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course, students should be able to:
Understand to all basic concepts and institutes and explain them in the historical context;
Use the information about the concepts and institutes of civil procedure law to solve concrete procedural situations;
Make independently some pleadings;

Course objectives
The aim of the subject Civil Procedure Law II. is to make the acquaintance of judicial remedies, of the next fundamental kinds of the civil procedure (execution proceedings, insolvency proceedings, arbitration) and of basic structure and organization of justice, advocacy and notary.
At the end of this course, students should be able to:
Understand to all basic concepts and institutes and explain them in the historical context;
Use the information about the concepts and institutes of civil procedure law to solve concrete procedural situations;
Make independently some pleadings;
Bring reasonable suggestions of solving the procedural situations;
Apply the procedure law to concrete procedural situations;
Interpret the procedural regulations in line with the judicial practice.

Assessment methods
The exam is in an oral form. During the term are demanded written homeworks. The attendance of readings is not compulsory, but the attendance of seminars is on the contrary compulsory. The teaching consists of readings and seminars. Instruction uses a lot of methods – class discussion, group projects, written homeworks, study of literature and case law, attendance of a court, tests.

Course objectives (in Czech)
Učelem výuky je seznámení studentů s opravným řízením v rámci civilního procesu a dalšími základními druhy civilního řízení (řízení exekuční, řízení insolvenční, řízení rozhodčí). Součástí výuky je seznámení se základní strukturou organizace a činnosti justice, advokacie a notářství.
