Students from faculty of Law and other faculties can attend this course under the condition of the knowledge of basic principles of PIL. - Course Enrolment Limitations

- Course objectives
- The main objectives of this course are to understand international business and financial transactions and mechanisms of alternative disputes resolution from them. The course of International Trade Law is divided into three parts: international economic law, legal regulation of external trade EU and the legal regulation of the international business transactions. Three groups of legal relationships will be analysed: the relationships among states and international organizations, the relationships between state or international organization (such as EU) and businessmen, and among international businessmen. At the end of this course the student will be able to understand all three above mentioned groups of relationships. He will be able to explain the mechanism of the regulation of the international trade. He should be able to formulate the simple contract or the particular condition in the contract. He should be able to use the trade terms such as INCOTERMS. He should be able to analyse simple cases in the area of international trade.

- Student will be able:
- to provide legal solutions to simple legal problems arising from international trade transactions;
- formulate basic contractual clauses;
- propose a dispute settlement mechanism. - Syllabus

- Course objectives
- The course International Trade Law consists of three independent modules. The first module focuses on the circumstances and their description under which the business transactions are promoted, especially on the international circumstances. The second module deals with the domestic situation for developing foreign trade and the third, the essential one, examines the issues of legal regulation of international business transactions. The core ot the course "International Trade Law - exercise" is the analyse of CISG - the formulation of terms under CISG, the study of cases under CISG. Main objectives of this course is to understand the legal regulation of the international business transaction. At the end of the course the student should be able to understand and to explain the legal text such as international agreement, to formulate the simple contract terms, to analyse the simple situation with the foreign element and to clasify it, to interprete the CISG.

- Course objectives
- The course International Trade Law consists of three independent modules. The first module focuses on the circumstances and their description under which the business transactions are promoted, especially on the international circumstances. The second module deals with the domestic situation for developing foreign trade and the third, the essential one, examines the issues of legal regulation of international business transactions. The core ot the course "International Trade Law - exercise" is the analyse of CISG - the formulation of terms under CISG, the study of cases under CISG. Main objectives of this course is to understand the legal regulation of the international business transaction. At the end of the course the student should be able to understand and to explain the legal text such as international agreement, to formulate the simple contract terms, to analyse the simple situation with the foreign element and to clasify it, to interprete the CISG.

- The course International Trade Law consists of three independent modules. The first module focuses on the circumstances and their description under which the business transactions are promoted, especially on the international circumstances. The second module deals with the domestic situation for developing foreign trade and the third, the essential one, examines the issues of legal regulation of international business transactions. The core ot the course "International Trade Law - exercise" is the analyse of CISG - the formulation of terms under CISG, the study of cases under CISG. Main objectives of this course is to understand the legal regulation of the international business transaction. At the end of the course the student should be able to understand and to explain the legal text such as international agreement, to formulate the simple contract terms, to analyse the simple situation with the foreign element and to clasify it, to interprete the CISG.

- 1.How to write the "klauzurní práci". The formulation of the contract terms. 2. The conclusion of the contract of sale under CISG. 3. The methods of the interpretation of the uniform law. 3. The procedura of the inspectation and the notification of the defect under the art. 38 and 39 of the CISG. 4. The claims of the seller and the buyer under CISG. 5. The damage compensation and vis maior. 6. Case study.

- Course objectives
- The course International Trade Law consists of three independent modules. The first module focuses on the circumstances and their description under which the business transactions are promoted, especially on the international circumstances. The second module deals with the domestic situation for developing foreign trade and the third, the essential one, examines the issues of legal regulation of international business transactions. The core ot the course "International Trade Law - exercise" is the analyse of CISG - the formulation of terms under CISG, the study of cases under CISG. Main objectives of this course is to understand the legal regulation of the international business transaction. At the end of the course the student should be able to understand and to explain the legal text such as international agreement, to formulate the simple contract terms, to analyse the simple situation with the foreign element and to clasify it, to interprete the CISG.

- Course objectives
- The main objectives of this course are to understand international business and financial transactions and mechanisms of alternative disputes resolution from them. The course of International Trade Law is divided into three parts: international economic law, legal regulation of external trade EU and the legal regulation of the international business transactions. Three groups of legal relationships will be analysed: the relationships among states and international organizations, the relationships between state or international organization (such as EU) and businessmen, and among international businessmen. At the end of this course the student will be able to understand all three above mentioned groups of relationships. He will be able to explain the mechanism of the regulation of the international trade. He should be able to formulate the simple contract or the particular condition in the contract. He should be able to use the trade terms such as INCOTERMS. He should be able to analyse simple cases in the area of international trade.

- to provide legal solutions to simple legal problems arising from international trade transactions;
- formulate basic contractual clauses;

- The main objectives of this course are to understand international business and financial transactions and mechanisms of alternative disputes resolution from them. The course of International Trade Law is divided into three parts: international economic law, legal regulation of external trade EU and the legal regulation of the international business transactions. Three groups of legal relationships will be analysed: the relationships among states and international organizations, the relationships between state or international organization (such as EU) and businessmen, and among international businessmen. At the end of this course the student will be able to understand all three above mentioned groups of relationships. He will be able to explain the mechanism of the regulation of the international trade. He should be able to formulate the simple contract or the particular condition in the contract. He should be able to use the trade terms such as INCOTERMS. He should be able to analyse simple cases in the area of international trade.

- to provide legal solutions to simple legal problems arising from international trade transactions;
- formulate basic contractual clauses;
- propose a dispute settlement mechanism. - Syllabus
- 1. law applicable and applicable rules to international trade transaction;
- 2. clauses governing the dispute settlement mechanism;
- 3. non-state law and its links to state-law;
- 4. solution of the model-cases according to CISG;
- 5. solution of the model-cases according to INCOTERMS ;
- 6. overall concept of the model case from the perspective of international arbitration.
