- The aim of the course is to apply knowledge gained during previous two semesters in chosen area of financial law.

- At the end of the course student should be able to - argue for the client at the financial bodies - formulate papers in the area of financial law - demonstrate skills specific for chosen area of financial law.
- Syllabus
- The syllabus of the course differs with regard to the chosen area of financial law and the teacher: D. Czudek: area of tax administration, tax filings, tax administration, remedies, etc. M. Janovec: non-fiscal part of financial law with a focus on the financial market, financial services and financial institutions J. Neckář: tax law with a focus on practical procedures and case law I. Pařízková: state budgets and local budgets, funds, processes J. Schweigl: monetary and foreign exchange law (emphasis on non-cash payments, the functioning of the euro area, foreign exchange measures) and financial markets law (a closer look at the regulation and supervision of markets, entities and traded instruments) D. Šramková: tax and customs law with a focus on examples

- Learning outcomes

Student should be able to file the tax return and argue for the client at the tax office. As well, student should be able to formulate papers those are usually prepared by financial offices. Student should be able to calculate most common taxes, file the most common tex returns, too.

- Course objectives
- At the end of the course student should be able to apply knowledge gained during previous two semesters in the area of tax administration. Student should be able to file the tax return and argue for the client at the tax office. As well, student should be able to formulate papers those are usually prepared by financial offices. Student should be able to calculate most common taxes, file the most common tex returns, too.
- Syllabus
- Tax administration and tax procedure applied on income taxes (calcualation of the tax, filling the tax return, reproach procedure, appeal, decision). Calculation and tax retur filling (personal income tax, corporate income tax, real estate tax, road tax, tax on civil-law acts). Pratical examples to calculate the price of goods without excises.

- The aim of the course is to apply knowledge gained during previous two semesters in chosen area of financial law.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course student should be able to - argue for the client at the tax administration bodies - formulate papers in the area of tax law.
