- Target of this course is to understand the function of the administrative justice in the financial law causes. At the end of the course student should be able to define financial law causes and characterize the work of administrative courts. He should be able to write actions to the administrative courts and solve practical cases.
- Syllabus
- Notions and characteristic of "financial" justice. Competentions of justice at financial law causes. General procedural questions. Cassation. Reopening of the trial. Action against financial administrative decisions. Action against inactivity of the financial administration. Action against non-legal financial administrative process. Competention conflicts. Cassation. Reopening of the trial.

- Target of this course is to understand the function of the administrative justice in the financial law causes. At the end of the course student should be able to define financial law causes and characterize the work of administrative courts. He should be able to write actions to the administrative courts and solve practical cases.

- Target of this course is to understand the function of the administrative justice in the financial law causes. At the end of the course student should be able to define financial law causes and characterize the work of administrative courts. He should be able to write actions to the administrative courts and solve practical cases.
- Syllabus
- Notions and characteristic of "financial" justice. Competentions of justice at financial law causes. General procedural questions. Cassation. Reopening of the trial. Action against financial administrative decisions. Action against inactivity of the financial administration. Action against non-legal financial administrative process. Competention conflicts. Cassation. Reopening of the trial.
