- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to:;
understand to the development of law from the early Middle Ages up to today on the area of today’s Germany;
analyze the social changes in 20th century in Germany and they infulance on the German nazi and comunist law;
identify reception of Roman law on the beginning of Modern Times;
analyze causes of legal regulations and their cohesion with;
compare development of law in Czech and in neighboring countries; - Learning outcomes
- To evaluate in a timely manner some later legal regulations, including the applicable law, whilst using the knowledge about development of legal institutions.

- Course objectives
- The aim of this subject is to outline all key moments of the development of law from the early Middle Ages up to today on the area of today’s Germany. A student is supposed to learn to use sources of law (judicature) and to work with legal texts. This subject begins with development of law of Frankish Realm and leads all the way to the late Middle Ages and deals with changes made with reception of Roman law on the beginning of Modern Times. Bedrocks of this subject rest upon an evolution of law in the beginning of 20th Century during the time of National Socialism and in the postwar era.
To make Czech students acquainted with development of law in the area of FRG; To explain specifics of German law; To analyze causes of legal regulations and their cohesion with; development of society; To compare development of law in Czech and in neighboring countries; - Syllabus

- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to:;
understand to the development of law from the early Middle Ages up to today on the area of today’s Germany;
analyze the social changes in 20th century in Germany and they infulance on the German nazi and comunist law;
identify reception of Roman law on the beginning of Modern Times;
analyze causes of legal regulations and their cohesion with;
compare development of law in Czech and in neighboring countries; - Learning outcomes
- To evaluate in a timely manner some later legal regulations, including the applicable law, whilst using the knowledge about development of legal institutions.
