Preparation for the future Czech membership 7. Additional current EC law problems 8. Second and third EU pillars, external relations
Syllabus
  • Current problems of EC law. Supranational character of the EC, democracy deficit in legislative procedures, interpretation and application of EC law. - EC law - general part - internal market - monetary union - EU second and third pillars - EC and EU external relations - preparation of the Czech Republic for the future membership
