Cíle předmětu
This course aims to examine Turkish arbitration system within the scope of Turkish codes, regulation framework, arbitration rules and codes in Turkey, differences between adh-hoc arbitration and institutional arbitration, examining well-known arbitration institutions’ in Turkey and examine its arbitration rules.
Výstupy z učení
At the end of the course, students should be able to:
- understand and evaluate the system and process of the arbitration within the scope of Turkish legislation.
- have knowledge on the provisions under Turkish Law and international arbitration institutions
- make a comparison between different regulations and institutions.

  • 3. Information about international arbitration system under the Turkish International Arbitration Act dated 2001
  • 4. Information about national arbitration system under the Code of Civil Procedure dated 2011
  • 5. Information about well known arbitration instutitions’ arbitration rules and proces named as Istanbul Arbitration Centre
