- Course objectives
- The purpose of the course Insolvency Law II is to deepen the basic knowledge of the various methods of bankruptcy resolution and their connections with other branches of law at a level corresponding to the doctoral programme. The course also aims to familiarise students with the comparative context of bankruptcy resolution in selected European countries.
- Learning outcomes
- On completion of the course, students should be able to explain the operation of insolvency procedures at a national level and in a comparative context. They should also be able to explain the links with other areas of law.
