Course objectives
The obtaining skills of applocation of basic criminal law concepts in accordance with the competences of a higher justice official. The development of practical skills which are needed for solution of concrete cases that are dealt by higher justice officials in their practice.
Learning outcomes
At the and of the course student will be able
to know the practise of the higher judicial officer,
to understand the issues of decision making in the criminal proceedings,
to write decision in accordance with the competences of a higher justice official.
Syllabus
  • Basic concepts of criminal law in practice of higher justice official. Decision about the costs of Criminal Procedure, remuneration of advocates, dealing with more enforcement of penalties, etc.

Teaching methods
Training of practical situations - preparation of concepts of the measures and decisions in accordance with the competences of a higher justice official. Analysis of the case law. Homework exercices.

Writting of concepts of decision.
