- Course objectives
- The subject is focused on interdisciplinar explanation of actual and substantial pathophysiological trends. A special attention will be given to explanation of multigenic backgroud of complex diseases.

- Lectures (3x4 hrs) 1. Genetic background of multifactorial diseases. 2. Molecular biological methods and their actual importance in clinical diagnostics and therapy 3. News in pathophysiology Workshop (6 hours in laboratory) "Practical minimum of molecular biology"
