- Course objectives
- At the end of the course, students should be able to understand basics of system of law and basics of single legal branches. Legal problems in health care are discussed in-depth.
- Syllabus
- Health care law – sources, patients rights, medical liability, confidentiality, protection of privacy, detention, health care professions, health care administration, self-government in health care. Basics of penal and trespass law – sources, principles of penal law and penal proceeding, sanctions, selected crimes, trespasses – basic information.
